The Orange County Clerk's Office will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 in observance of the Veterans Day holiday.

NOTICE: Due to recent legislation, the fee for a driver's license reinstatement will be $60, up from $47.50, effective September 1, 2009. The increased revenue will go to the State; none is retained by the Clerk's Office.

Dear Customers:

As we prepare to complete conversion to our new state-of-the-art Case Maintenance System, we ask you to observe a few temporary schedule changes.

·       Nov. 11-15: Our online and phone traffic payment options will be unavailable. You may also experience longer wait times if paying in person. We encourage you to pay your tickets at Amscot or through Western Union during this time. (Amscot is available 24/7.)

·       Nov. 15: MyClerk will be temporarily unavailable. You will not be able to perform online public-record inquiries.

·       Nov. 16-20: The Traffic and branch lobbies will close to the public at 4 p.m. to accommodate the final stages of conversion.

·       Electronic Case Filing:

Ø 6 p.m. Nov. 6 - Nov. 8: Electronic Case Filing will be unavailable. You will not be able to file or access cases during that time.

Ø 6 p.m. Nov. 13 - Nov. 15: Electronic Case Filing will be unavailable. You will not be able to file or access cases during that time.

·       Goldenrod Clerk’s Office:

Ø Nov. 9-13: The Goldenrod Clerk’s Office will be closed.

Ø Nov. 17-19: Goldenrod will be open its usual Tuesday-Thursday, but the lobby will close at 4 p.m., an hour early, to accommodate the final stages of conversion.

Ø Nov. 24: Goldenrod will resume its usual schedule of Tuesday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
